Skilled Migrant CategoryThis visa requires you to pass a points test and to meet the applicable pass mark. You must be younger than 56 years and have good English language ability. Your occupation must be listed on the List of Skilled Occupations. An Expression of Interest (EOI) is required. People whose EOI has been drawn from the pool might be invited to apply for permanent residency.
